When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, preferred date, project details, and information about your TV, wall, mount, soundbar, and cable preferences.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review your project, respond to your request, prepare a quote, coordinate potential scheduling, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Website, analytics, and form services

The website may use a hosting provider and a form-delivery provider to operate the site and transmit quote requests. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Basic technical data may be logged for security and reliability.

We may use website analytics tools to understand visits, page use, and actions such as quote, call, and text clicks. These tools may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data. We use this information to improve the website and understand which marketing efforts generate customer inquiries.

Photos and videos

If you upload or text project photos or videos, avoid including faces, addresses, documents, screens, or other private information. Partner names, comments, and uploaded files are transmitted with the quote request to the business email and are not published without appropriate permission.

Retention and choices

Appointment scheduling uses Google Calendar. Your booking details, including your quote number, contact details, and installation address, are shared with Google and North Dallas TV Mounting to arrange your appointment. Sharing a booking link shares its quote number; it does not publish the photos or comments from your request.

Information may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask about or request deletion of your submitted information, subject to necessary recordkeeping.
