This website provides general information about service areas and installation options. Content is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, and availability, scope, and suitability depend on actual project conditions.

Quotes and scheduling

Submitting a form, sending a text, or selecting a preferred date does not create a confirmed appointment. A quote may depend on TV size, wall construction, mount type, access, fireplace conditions, cable routes, equipment, and other project details. Materially different conditions may require an updated scope.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate project details, obtain property-owner or building approval when required, clear the work area, and disclose relevant wall, fireplace, cable, or access conditions. Account passwords should remain private and be entered directly by the customer.

Electrical work

North Dallas TV Mounting does not install new electrical outlets. Any new electrical power work must be completed by an appropriate electrical professional.

Third-party products

TVs, mounts, soundbars, cables, streaming devices, and other third-party products remain subject to their manufacturers’ instructions and terms. Compatibility should be confirmed before installation.
